“If it doesn’t carry meaning, it doesn’t get captured.”

Intentional, story-driven visuals for brands, creatives, and individuals.

The Company

March Forth Visions represents forward movement, purpose, and legacy, inspired by my father, Rickie Sr. and carried through in both the work and the stories being told.

March Forth Visions is a visual production company rooted in cinematic storytelling, documentary-style content, and high-quality visuals for brands, creatives, and individuals.

The name carries personal meaning and a simple philosophy, to always move forward with purpose… That shows up in the work: visuals that are composed and considered, but never detached from the real thing.

With over five years of experience working with small businesses, content creators, entertainers, and individuals, the focus has always been the same, to help people bring their ideas to life in a way that actually connects.

Current equipment includes a Sony a6700 with a Sigma 18-50mm lens and both indoor and outdoor lighting setups, built for consistent, high-quality production across different environments.

Services include:

  • Cinematography (short-form and long-form content)

  • Interview and documentary-style filming

  • Branded and social media content creation

  • Editing and visual storytelling support

  • Creative direction and content consulting

Based in Charlotte and available for travel. Whether the project is branded content, personal storytelling, or documentary work, the focus remains the same: create visuals with intention, feel purposeful, not generic.

March Forth Visions works with emerging businesses, entertainers, and content creators — helping them build content that actually connects with the people they're trying to reach. The long-term focus is on documentary storytelling that explores culture, structure, and the narratives that often go unseen.

About Me

I'm just a woman with a camera and a knack for storytelling. Some call me a cinematographer, but I see myself as a visual storyteller. My work focuses on creating art that feels intentional but authentic, personal but universal, and always built around the story you're trying to tell.

For me, storytelling has never been just about the visuals. It's about the truth beneath the surface, a way to express my truth, others' truths, and the truths that often go unseen. I'm drawn to the stories behind people, environments, and the systems that shape them, and I use my creativity to capture those layers.

As a Black woman in film, I’m aware of how rare it is to see us both in front of and behind the camera… but that perspective doesn’t limit me, it just sharpens my approach. It brings a level of awareness, attention to detail, and care that carries into every project I take on.

Right now, I’m building. Refining my voice, expanding my work, and creating with intention every step of the way.
